- Many of our administrators have been with us for over 5 years and most are trained to at least NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service
- We have administrators that are trained to provide customer service in multiple languages, including French, German, Spanish, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin
- We are currently the only major wholesaler in the Land Rover aftermarket to have invested in the technology to be able to offer online price checks, stock checks and ordering. This was implemented on the internet in June 2008 with a desktop version following in January 2009.
- Similarly we are currently the only company in the Land Rover aftermarket to offer a comprehensive online Warranty and Returns centre.
- We have procedures to ensure all of our products undergo fair and reflective quality acceptance tests. These form part of our Quality Management System which has been approved by Lloyd’s Quality Register Assurance to ISO9001:2008.
- We are the only major wholesaler to own Land Rover service centres and workshops. If our workshops won’t fit it, we won’t stock it.
- We currently operate the latest order cut-off times of any wholesaleer in the Land Rover aftermarket, with staff working until 8pm to ensure goods are despatched for next-day delivery.
